# Error when enabled the plugin

 * I have a lot of customer login data; users identified as Customers.
 * When I enabled the plugin, I received the error:
    DataTables warning: table id
   =capability-list – Invalid JSON response. For more information about this error,
   please see [http://datatables.net/tn/1](http://datatables.net/tn/1)
 * What does this error mean?

 * Seams like you have some sort of PHP error in your website that breaks the AJAX
   call to AAM.
 * I would suggest to install [CodePinch](https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-error-fix/)
   plugin and see if it catches any PHP errors on your website. If so, we’ll get
   notified about it and withing hours you’ll receive a fix from us.
