# Error when exporting

 * When trying to export data, I get an error that the website cannot be reached
   even though everything is up and running.
 * What can I do to make this work?

 * It just happend with one of the forms with all the others export is working fine.
 * The link when clicking export leads to nowhere. There is no specific error message,
   just the info of the browser that there is nothing there to display/download.
   Looks like when the internet connection failed.

   a question posted (in a separate thread) for weeks and no response. Disappointing
   that I have been trying to use your plugin and get nothing, not even an error
   and no support from the creator.
