# Error when exporting using HTTPS

 * I’ve been using this plugin for a year without any problem.
 * I recently moved my website to another hoster (French : OVH) with a default LetsEncrypt
   SSL certificate and when i try to export I have an error :
 * > Unable to export
   >  There was a problem while reaching your server. Contact [support@servmask.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/error-when-exporting-using-https/support@servmask.com?output_format=md)
   > for assistance.
 * It’s working when I deactivate HTTPS.
 * Do you have some hints to solve it?
