# Error when importing documents?

 * Following error is shown when importing documents:
    `[ERROR] Can’t copy https://
   website.com/jdownloads/folder/document.pdf to /var/www/vhosts/website.com/httpdocs/
   new/wp-content/uploads/download-manager-files/document.pdf : Not Found`
 * And I have following errors in the server error.log:
 *     ```
       Tue Aug 11 10:10:55 2020] [warn] [client 83.251.176.00] mod_fcgid: stderr: [ERROR] [fgj2wpp] Can't copy https://website.com/jdownloads/folder/document.pdf to /var/www/vhosts/website.com/httpdocs/new/wp-content/uploads/download-manager-files/document.pdf : Forbidden, referer: http://website.com/new/wp-admin/admin.php?import=fgj2wp
   
       [Tue Aug 11 10:10:56 2020] [error] [client 31.216.35.80] client denied by server configuration: /var/www/vhosts/website.com/httpdocs/jdownloads/folder/document.pdf, referer: https://website.com/jdownloads/folder/document.pdf
       ```
   
 * I use jDownloads on the Joomla site and have installed and activated WordPress
   Download Manager on the WordPress site.
 * The Joomla site is in the root of the webspace and the WordPress site is in an
   sub-folder (/new) in the same webspace.
 * Do you know how to fix this problem?
 * This is my settings for the server:
    memory_limit = 1G max_execution_time = 3600
   max_input_time = 3600 post_max_size = 1G PHP version 7.2
