    “This does not appear to be a WXR file, missing/invalid WXR version number”

 * Can you tell me what steps you went through? Your title says “Importing users”
   but this plugin is only for EXPORTING users. I need to understand the steps you
   took in order to get that error in order to help you.

 * I thought could import users to another site, sorry this plugin is useless for
   me.
 * I used this plagin, it’s better
    [users-customers-import-export-for-wp-woocommerce](https://pl.wordpress.org/plugins/users-customers-import-export-for-wp-woocommerce/)
