# error when installing jetpack

 * Hello, i can’t install jetpack to my wordpress.org site ([http://www.alchemylife.gr](http://www.alchemylife.gr)).
   
   When i press install button, when it finishes it, a error message pops up to 
   my wp-admin page saying for internal error.. Then i press the arrow to go back,
   i delete it, and if i reinstall, same thing happens.. Any solution to this? Thanks
   in advance

 * Could you try to increase the amount of memory allocated to PHP on your site,
   as it’s a common WordPress issue?

 * If that doesn’t help, could you check your server error logs around the time 
   when you experienced the issue, to find out more about the error?
 * If you don’t know how to access your server error logs, your hosting provider
   should be able to help.
