Error when installing to computer using Web PI

    When trying to install WordPress to my computer using Microsoft Web Platform Installer, I received an error message: Unknown error (0x80005000). “This installation was canceled before it was complete.” I did not cancel the installation. Is there something I need to do to allow the application to install?
