    Hello,

    I’ve installed Site Kit to get Analytics, but when I launch the configuration, I have the following message:

    The request sent to the authentication proxy failed with the error: Unable to retrieve site connection. You may need to perform a plugin reset.

    I have already uninstalled and deleted the plugin, then re-installed it, but I have the same outcome.
    I can’t find the answer in the documentation, and I don’t really know what to do with it.
    I’d be glad if someone could help me.

    Hi @sebdavidson, thanks for getting in touch. Sorry to hear that in this case you’re having trouble setting up Site Kit. The first thing to try here would be a Site Kit reset which you can do by going to Tools > Available Tools >Reset Site Kit.

    After performing the reset, are you able to set up Site Kit? If not then let me know and we can continue to troubleshoot this for you.

    Ah ! That was it ! I honestly didn’t know you could reset by going to Tools (I never had to do it).
