# Error when loading images

 * Hi,
    I get the following error when selecting images from my hard drive to loan
   into a gallery. The page at [http://www.kstrealty.com](http://www.kstrealty.com)
   says: File loading failed :: Failed to create scale version: thumb
 * I read about changing the directory attribute to 755, I did and it di not may
   any difference.
 * Can you please provide some assistance in fixing this error.
    All your help is
   appreciated.

 * Please make sure the PHP GD2 library is enabled on this website. In addition 
   please make sure that thumb directory permission is also set to 755. Thank you.
