# Error when posting: ‘Call to undefined function’

 * I set up a new template and when I try to make a post, although I can save the
   post, when I try to view it I get the following message:
 * Fatal error: Call to undefined function: language_attributes() in /home/jessicas/
   public_html/CurrentProjects/wp-content/themes/upstart-blogger-modicus-01/header.
   php on line 2
 * I don’t even know where to start in the codex to figure this out-
 * any help will be much appreciated!
