# Error when sign-up process

 * I’m testing the sign up with another e-mail and when I register it, I obtain 
   the error attached in the screen below.
 * Despite the error, if I go to the dashboard URL, the user can access to its account(
   so the account is created).
 * What could be happening?
 * Is there any type of email sent?

 * I have found that in settings \ authentication I have Enabled: “email verification
   for students and instructor signup”
 * I have disable it and the registration works. I would like to know what I need
   to configure to perform the email verification,
