# Error when syncing

 * I’ve linked and activated the plugin to my client’s Captivate Sync account. When
   attempting to add podcasts, I get the following error message: “You’ve already
   got this show hooked up via Captivate Sync to another domain.” The message only
   appears on screen for about one second, then it disappears and I’m back to where
   I started. Any idea how to fix this? Can this plugin only be used on one site/
   domain?

 * Hey, you can only sync one show up at a time to a domain, if you go to your Captivate
   dashboard for the show in question and in the Website settings – toggle “Off”
   on the Captivate Sync option.
 * Then hit save.
 * That will solve that for you and you can then re-active it on this site.
