# Error when updating pro plugin

 * I am getting the following error message when I try to update the** Really Simple
   SSL Pro** plugin. We currently have Version 8.2.4 installed.
 * Update failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10):
   Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

   it seems likely that the file you’re uploading to WordPress is not a “**.zip**”
   file based on the provided error message (or the archive was somehow corrupted/
   incompletely downloaded).
