 * The credit card payment form works just fine in sandbox mode, but when we switch
   to live mode we receive the following error message when trying to take a credit
   card payment:
 * Card nonce not found in this `production` application environment. Please ensure
   an application ID belonging to the same environment is used to generate the nonce.
 * The Application ID and Access Token are entered correctly in the WP Easy Pay 
   settings.
