# Error while accessing wp-admin

 * Hello,
    I recently migrated my site from one hosting to another and want to access
   the dashboard but this error pops up as soon as I type the address into browser:
 * Warning: require_once(/home/dc011100/virtualizuj/www_root/wp-includes/IXR/class-
   IXR-base64.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/dc011100/
   virtualizuj/www_root/wp-includes/class-IXR.php on line 44
 * Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/home/dc011100/virtualizuj/
   www_root/wp-includes/IXR/class-IXR-base64.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/share/pear/’)
   in /home/dc011100/virtualizuj/www_root/wp-includes/class-IXR.php on line 44
 * I have class-IXR.php in my FTP directory, I don’t know why it thinks it’s not
   there.
    Can anyone help me with this? Thank you.

 * I’d download a fresh copy of WordPress and upload it, with the exception of wp-
   content, on top of your current install. That’ll ensure that all the files are
   there and up to date.
