# Error while adding credits

 * Hello,
 * My Wholesale Customers keep getting the following error message when they try
   to add credits when checking out:
 * There is Error while adding credits!
    Credits added successfully!
 * So it says there’s an error and it also says credits added successfully but the
   credits were not added at all.
 * Not sure how to fix this.
