 * Hi, I’m using Tutor LMS on my website [rossielts.com](http://rossielts.com/) 
   i’m creating a new coures and while adding the lesson i was attaching video using
   embeded code from wistia. but i’m getting this error: [https://prnt.sc/H9ShetQ9ruR_](https://prnt.sc/H9ShetQ9ruR_)
   its strange that this same code is also used before with my previous courses:
   [https://prnt.sc/DsLQnOL5Gph3](https://prnt.sc/DsLQnOL5Gph3) i was doing the 
   test. but it doesn’t worked. could you please help me with that?

 * Thanks for reaching out. Could you please try clearing your site cache and then
   attempt adding the embed code again to see if that resolves the issue?
 * Also, please share the exact embed code you’re using so I can test it from my
   end and check if it works properly. This will help me identify whether the issue
   is specific to the code or to the site setup.
