# Error While Cloning

 * This error message popped up twice while cloning. The first time it happened 
   I changed the settings as suggested on the Small Server Settings Page, but it
   still gave me this error when I tried cloning again.
 * “Something went wrong!
 * Error: Error: DirectoryIterator::__construct(/home2/ab19805/public_html/wp-content/
   updraft/): failed to open dir: Permission denied”
 * I appreciate your guidance on this issue. Thank you!

   folder wp-content/updraft from cloning or give that folder read permission and
   try again.
 * If this still fails, please contact us at support [at] wp-staging.com and send
   us the system information log files from the wp-staging main menu.
