 * are you using the latest version of the plugin? (if not then please try reinstalling)
 * If you are using the latest version then it might be an issue with the PHP version
   used for your WordPress installation.
 * Could you send us the output of “phpinfo” to [support@tinypng.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/error-while-connecting-0/support@tinypng.com?output_format=md)?
   This is a diagnostic utility of PHP which will provide us with lots of details
   about the installation. There is a WordPress plugin available that will allow
   you to easily retrieve this. [https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-php-info/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-php-info/).
   It would be helpful if you could send us screenshots of the entire output, or
   the page saved as HTML.
