# Error while restoring backup

 * Hello, i’ve been trying to restore a specific backup, but everytime i try i get
   errors saying that “manifest can’t be found. My debug code is BMI-ijruvk3z-04633.
 * I tried restoring different backups and they work, i tried reinstalling wordpress,
   the BM plugin etc, still missing this “manifest” in the zip apparently. i even
   checked the backup log in the zip and it says: “creating manifest” and the “backup
   completed”. I really have no clue on what to do. Thanks in advance.

 * It seems that there is different kind of problem in this case.
 * It seem like you have very low execution limit threshold, which caused the process
   to stop while it was trying to check the free space.
 * In our plugin it is possible to disable free space checks, but it’s not recommended
   and you should do that only if you’re 100% sure that you have enough space on
   the server for the backup.
 * If you don’t have enough space for the backup or migration, but you will tell
   the plugin that there is enough, the process may still fail and your site may
   encounter many issues due to the lack free space.
 * Step list of the solution:
    1. Go to “Other options” section

    3. Disable PHP CLI checking: [https://prnt.sc/1sljr31](https://prnt.sc/1sljr31)

    5. Save “Other options” section

    7. Run your process once again

 * Thank you very much Mixha! I figured out it was a server side problem since i
   couldn’t restore any of my other backups on any new installation.
 * Disabling the PHP CLI checking and storage check (after making sure the necessary
   space was available on the server) worked wonders!
 * I guess it’s a new settings implemented by Siteground themselves, since i never
   stumbled upon this kind of problem.
