# Error while saving the email action

 * Hi, I am experiencing an error while saving the email action. Here is the error“
   Automator experienced a permissions (403) error. This might be caused by an expired
   WordPress session or a REST endpoint access issue. Automator specifically failed
   to do a REST call to **update**. Reloading the page may fix the issue, otherwise
   have your host investigate why requests to **update** are returning a 403 error.”
   
   Please advise how to resolve this.

 * It sounds like REST calls might be blocked on your site. Do you have BuddyBoss
   installed, by any chance? If you do, please make sure the second option on this
