# Error while uploading images

 * Hi,
 * While trying to upload images in the plugin Foogallery I get the very generic
   message:
 * Error while uploading. please try again later.
 * While watching in my console I see that ajax-upload.php throws this error:
 * he specified value “!” does not conform to the required format. The format is“#
   rrggbb” where rr, gg, bb are two-digit hexadecimal numbers.
 * Any idea how I can fix this? I don’t know if this is a Foogallery problem or 
   a WordPress issue?

 * Can you upload the same pictures, under “media” with the normal WordPress function?
 * If yes, it should be a problem in the Plugin.
 * If not, it could be a problem with the image itself (wrong color setting, wrong
   data-format, wrong name (spaces,…), to large, ….). In this case, try to download
   an existing image from your blog and uploaded again. If this works, its a problem
   with the other image. If this don`t work its a problem in the server settings
   I guess.
