 * Do you possibly have several PHP files in the root directory of your plugin that
   could be considered as the main file? Show the structure of the files. You can
   also show a link to your public repository where the files can be seen.

 * Please recheck the name of your main plugin file. I believe it should be basic-
   vm-custom-blocks.php

 * We have checked and the name of the file is correct and the mail file is in the
   root of the plugin.

   files are located?
