Thank you for reaching out to us. I carried out a test in my dev site and the fields appear correctly on my dev site. I suspect that there is a conflict with either a plugin or your theme. Please carry out the following troubleshooting steps.

Let me know how you go.
Kind regards.
Yes I have tried that and still the same.
Which browsers have you tried so far? Did you cleared your cache if you are running a cache plugin before you carried out a test? Did you also cleared your browser cache?
What operating system are you running? Did you try one of WordPress default themes? Did you use a laptop, desktop, tablet or mobile phone?
Kind regards.
Browsers: Chrome, Firefox (all up todate)
Operating System: Linux Pop OS 22.04LTS
Computer: laptop
Q: Did you try one of WordPress default themes?
A: Yes
Cache: No cache plugin. Hosting dynamic cache cleared manually.
My screen size is 1351 × 647
Operating System: Linux Pop OS 22.04LTS
Have you tested this issue on a laptop running Windows OS and or Mac OS?
Kind regards.
Thank you for the information. Certain screen resolutions can sometimes cause minor visual issues in the admin interface. This is purely a visual matter and does not affect the plugin’s functionality. I will look into it by testing with the same resolution and work on improving it in a future update.
I have not tested on Mac or Windows laptop.
That’s okay. I was able to reproduce this using a screen resolution of: 1351 × 647. I will make some improves to this in the next version.
Aha! Excellent. This has occurred with other plugins from time to time. I had forgot that I’d had issues before.
Once again, thank you for your time and patience.
