 * Hi, All!
 * I was migrating my site from an old webhost to a new one and I get the following
   error:
 * Warning: require(/home/rsbened/domains/profeb.com/public_html/wp-includes/compat.
   php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/rsbened/
   domains/profeb.com/public_html/wp-settings.php on line 207
 * Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘/home/rsbened/
   domains/profeb.com/public_html/wp-includes/compat.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/
   local/lib/php’) in /home/rsbened/domains/profeb.com/public_html/wp-settings.php
   on line 207
 * I’ve changed the permissions on the compat.php file, I’ve reuploaded wp 2.7, 
   I’ve deleted and reuploaded the wp-includes folder. I don’t know what else to
   do to get this error to go away. I’ve googled the error and tried all suggestions,
   but still no use. Help???
