The same happens to me. Only 55 lines are exported in the csv file 🙁

Can you confirm you are using the latest version 2.3.0 of WooCommerce Stock Manager? If not, please update and then have a check.
If yes, then could you please try to reproduce the same issue by having only WooCommerce & WooCommerce Stock Manager plugins active on your site to rule out any possible plugin conflict issue and then do let us know your views.
Also, if still, the issue persists, please let us know the versions of WordPress & WooCommerce that you are using on your site.

same problem here. products are missing in the export file. 61 lines have been exported. Same amount when we export again.
We are using simple and variable products. Products of both types are missing in the export file.

Request you to kindly update to the same and then have a recheck with the WooCommerce Stock Manager functionality and do let me know your views.
