Error with Gravity Forms

    when i update Gravity Forms to 2.4.21 when payment complete it don’t redirect to success page
    it work perfect on Gravity Forms 2.4.17

    I can not reproduce the issue with Gravity Forms 2.4.21.

    Have you set up the payment status pages via either WordPress admin » Pay » Settings or in the form settings (WordPress admin » Forms » [ Select form ] » Settings » Pay » [ Select payment feed ] » Tab ‘Status pages’)?

    Also, you can check if the redirect URL for a payment is correct: WordPress admin » Pay » Payments » [ Select payment ] » Redirect URL. This URL is the URL we’ll try to redirect the user to when returning on the site after payment. The actual URL depends on the status of the payment. If this URL is correct something goes wrong with the redirect, otherwise the above mentioned settings are probably the source if the incorrect redirect URL.

    Please let us know if you’re able to resolve the issue with this information.

    this is my setting

    but when payment complete it not redirect, still on page with param “?pay_confirmation=21717&_wpnonce=d7e89f1549” and have message
    “Thanks for contacting us! We will get in touch with you shortly.”

    Hmm, I will check redirecting with the Page option.

    In the meantime, you should be able to use the Redirect option and use the absolute URL of the page you want to redirect to.

    Did you manage to get the redirect working with the Redirect option? I tested with the page option and got redirected to the correct page with query parameters.

    I noticed you also have some Gravity Forms add-ons active, it could be that one of the add-ons prevents the redirect. You could try (temporarily) disabling one or more of the add-ons to find the culprit.
