# Error with javascript

 * We are using your plugin, the filtration works however the loading screen/icon(
   spinning disc) never disappears.
    There’s a JS error shown in console that says
   undefined object wp.window
 * are you able to help please?

 * The error is from the minified Javascript: [https://share.getcloudapp.com/nOuW9DG1](https://share.getcloudapp.com/nOuW9DG1).
   So we can’t tell where the error from. Can you try to disable all other plugins
   except WooCommerce and Product Filter? It could be other plugins conflicting.

   Try to disable all plugins except Themify Product Filter and WooCommerce.

 * Thats not the error I am seeing. The customer needs her store connected ot facebook
   so cannot disable that plugin
 * Here is the error I am seeing after selecting a filter option – the spinner keeps
   spinning and the products are opaque
