# Error With Key

 * A plugin I’m using, “Checkout Files Upload for WooCommerce” thinks I need to 
   enter a key even though I purchased it direct from WP Wham and they key does 
   not work with the WPFactory Helper plugin. The plugin appears to have blocked
   me from updating Checkout Files until I have a key in in the WPFactory helper
   plugin, but I don’t have one to add. Could you please help me resolve this issue?

 * We’ve just made some changes from our (i.e., server) side – could you please 
   go to “Settings > WPFactory” and click on the “Update item list manually” button–
   the “Checkout Files Upload for WooCommerce” plugin should be removed from the
   list.

   plugin page. Thank you!
