 * I’m getting this error after uploading index.php and style.css for my new theme.
   Anyone have any ideas on how to fix?
 * This would be in the lines <meta content=”<?php bloginfo(‘html_type’); ?>; charset
   =<?php bloginfo(‘charset’); ?>” http-equiv=”Content-Type”>

 * I don’t get it, and I’m getting very frustrated with WordPress!

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function: get_header()
   in /home/kncmusic/public_html/coxtree/wordpress/wp-content/themes/coxtree/index.
   php on line 12

 * You should probably upload a fresh index.php file to your theme folder.
 * Keep in mind this will obviate any changes you have made to index.php.
