   having issues.
 * This sounds like the response from Amazon is returning something other than an
   XML formatted response – which means that it may not actually be an Amazon response(
   maybe it is an error message from the server or something else that is not XML
   formatted).
 * If you can send your site URL and the site’s unique debug code (located on the
   plugin options under the secret key) to me, we can test the responses and check
   the debug info coming from Amazon. Send info to [amazon-plugin@fischercreativemedia.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/error-with-plugin-12/amazon-plugin@fischercreativemedia.com?output_format=md)
   and just reference this post.
