# Error with SiteSync Plugin

 * I use a plugin called WPSiteSync to synchronize content across two WordPress 
   sites. [https://wpsitesync.com/](https://wpsitesync.com/)
 * When CleanTalk is activated, I get the following error message if using WPSiteSync:
 * “WPSiteSync for Content is not installed and activated on Target site.”
 * The plugin works if I deactivate CleanTalk. Is there a way I could add SiteSync’s
   API call to the exclusions list so that it doesn’t get blocked by CleanTalk?
 * Please let me know if you need further info to troubleshoot this problem.

 * You can do one of two things:
 * 1. If you can whitelist IP addresses in CleanTalk, you can whitelist the Source
   site’s IP and that should allow the API calls.
 * 2. If you can whitelist an endpoint, all WPSiteSync API calls go to domain.com?
   pagename=wpsitesync_api – so whitelisting that should work.
