# Error with SQL import

 * I am was able to export the database with no issue. However when I attempt to
   import into phpmyadmin I get this SQL error:#1064 – You have an error in your
   SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for
   the right syntax to use near ‘‹’ at line 1
 * Suggestions? Thank you in advance!

 * This is an old question, but I came across the same issue so I thought I’d chime
   in. I turned off the ‘compress this file with gzip’ option and exported as a .
   sql file, and then the SQL import worked as expected.
