# Error with upgrade database

 * Hi, I have a notice that I need to upgrade the database but when I do that it
   give me an error of upgrade finished but cannot read property’top’ of undefined,
   and when I click retry nothing will happen. How can I fix this?

 * Can you paste the actual full output of the error?
 * It should look something like this:
 *     ```
       setTimeout(function() {
         jQuery('#gform_wrapper_1832283327').replaceWith(confirmation_content);
         jQuery(document).scrollTop(jQuery('#gf_1832283327').offset().top - mt);
         jQuery(document).trigger('gform_confirmation_loaded', [1832283327]);
         window['gf_submitting_1832283327'] = false;
       }, 50);
       ```
   
 * We can derive from that the plugin that’s causing the error.
