 * Hi [@aqshal](https://wordpress.org/support/users/aqshal/)
 * Such error may happen when the download is aborted by your server or browser.
 * Short story: You should be able to resolve that by uploading the backup manually
via FTP for example, but let me cover all cases below.
 * It may happen because our upload area box bypasses upload limits and some hosting
providers does not like that, that’s why the process could be cancelled by external
   sources.
 * In such case, I would recommend to make sure that your backup is valid, to do
that, simply try to open it with WinRar or 7-Zip. Once you open the file it should
contain file named manifest with .json ending.
   – If the file is there, the backup
   is valid and restorable.
 * If you can’t open the backup file, archive application returns some kind of error
during opening it. It may mean, the backup was not full downloaded.
 * On the site **where you created the backup**, you can enable alternate download
method, that should bypass download size limits as well:
    1. Go to our plugin settings and open “Other options” section
    2. Enable alternate download method: [https://prnt.sc/1slr41w](https://prnt.sc/1slr41w)
    3. Save that section
 * Now, go to the site where you want to restore your backup:
    1. Open “Other options” section as well
    2. Disable PHP CLI checking: [https://prnt.sc/1sljr31](https://prnt.sc/1sljr31)
    3. Save that section
    4. Force both processes to stop: [https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm](https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm)
    5. Try to run the migration again via quick migration URL or upload file
 * If that won’t work, please repeat the “force both processes to stop” step.
   Once
you do that, download your backup again and try to upload it manually.
 * You can upload your backup via FTP, cPanel or other file manager provided by
   your hosting provider.
 * Let me know if you can do that 🙂
   Thank you!

 * Hi [@aqshal](https://wordpress.org/support/users/aqshal/)
 * Did you notice anything in the live-log console, or it was blank all the time
like on your most recent screenshot?
 * If it was blank, that may mean your website does not allow to process multiple
requests, which may be really harmful for the performance of the website i.e.
it won’t allow you to handle two or more simultaneous connections (visitors)
and it’s something that should be adjusted.
 * But good hosting providers wouldn’t allow anything like this.
   My another assumption
would be some firewall or rate limiter (allowed requests made per X time).
 * To get more details I would need you to share with me browser developer console
logs dump. With that I’ll be able to confirm why that happened.
 * You can open developer console with F12 key or CTRL + SHIFT + I.
 * Let me know if you can do that or you need more details about this 🙂
   Thank you!

 * As we didn’t hear any reply in last days.
I can assume that you resolved the
   issue.
 * Feel free to open new topic if I am wrong!
   Thank you 🙂
