error wp posts. MYI

    Can anybody help me with this? A few hours ago every single post of my blog simply disappeared and this is what I see now: WordPress database error: [Can’t open file: ‘wp_posts.MYI’ (errno: 145)]
    I’m affraid to lose lots and lots of work.

    Contact your webhost and see if your database server is functioning properly or not.
