 * Good morning,
 * I have written to the server and I am also sending it to you just in case since
   I am completely lost.
 * I indicate what I have tried but after all these tests the website crashes and
   shows HTTP ERROR 500, so I have to make a restoration copy again for everything
   to work.
 * I have tried going into the WP Super Cache settings and checking the box: “Caching
   disabled”. And nothing, nothing happens.
 * I tried again to disable WP Super Cache and the page crashed again.
 * After searching the forums I installed the w3 total cache plugin and it gave
   me no problems. Later I went to deactivate WP Super Cache, which seems or I understand
   that that is where the problem lies, and the page crashed again, so I restored
   a backup copy so that the website works and the w3 plugin is no longer there.
   total cache.
 * I don’t know if removing this plugin from FTP would solve the problem in WP Super
   Cache or if it would make it worse. I did not want to try this without telling
   you everything I have done.
 * And when the page falls, as I say, it always indicates HTTP ERROR 500
 * Please can you tell me which plugin or plugins you disable?
 * Thank you!
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Ferror-wp-super-cache-2%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)
   to see the link]_

 * Hi there, [@mf1995](https://wordpress.org/support/users/mf1995/),
 * I’m sorry to hear about the trouble, but thanks for reaching out – That is uncommon
   issue and unwanted behaviour. If I get everything correctly, every time you try
   to act on the WP Super Cache plugin, it leads to crashing your site with an HTTP
   error 500.
 * Do you have PHP error logs to share related to this issue? We’d like to have
   our developers look at these, so to understand what’s causing this problem, and
   find a solution for it. Your host can help you get them.
 * Most likely, deleting the plugin via FTP would solve this, however let’s pause
   on this, if possible, until we take a look at the error logs.
 * You can share the logs via [via this contact form](https://jetpack.com/contact-support/?rel=support&hpi=1).
   Please also mention this thread, so we can connect the dots.
 * Look forward to your reply, and thanks in advance for your cooperation in sorting
   that out with us!
