# Error – WPFprms-1589

 * Since I’ve been testing the format of a form’s notification email I’ve noticed
   something very disturbing. When the form is filled and submitted, the page hangs
   for about 30 secods, then gives this error on a grey screen:
 * This page isn’t working
    [http://www.woodlandequip.com](http://www.woodlandequip.com)
   didn’t send any data. ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE
 * The odd thing is, it DID send the data as the form goes through as expected. 
   But this error is not something I want to see 6 out of 6 times.
 * Any ideas?

 * I’m sorry to hear you’re encountering an issue like this, and it’s likely resulting
   from an issue with either your site’s server or a code conflict. In order to 
   investigate further, I’d recommend first [setting up error logs](https://developers.wpforms.com/docs/enabling-debugging-in-wordpress/)(
   that link will show you all the steps to do this).
 * Once the error logs are set up and you’ve replicated the issue, they should contain
   some helpful details. For server-related issues (or an error that doesn’t note
   a specific plugin), you’ll need to get in touch with your site’s hosting provider.
   If a plugin is noted, you can try deactivating that plugin, then submitting a
   form to see if the issue is resolved.
