• When I try to replace an image or document and I get this error:

    ——————————
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in XX\Apache Software Foundation\Apache2.2\XX\wp-content\plugins\enable-media-replace\upload.php on line 40

Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at XX\Apache Software Foundation\Apache2.2\XX\wp-content\plugins\enable-media-replace\upload.php:40) in XX\Apache Software Foundation\Apache2.2\XX\wp-includes\pluggable.php on line 1173

Thank you for creating with WordPress.

    Version 4.0

This happens immediately after I click ‘Upload’ if I ask it to either ‘Just replace the file’ or ‘Replace the file, use file name and update all links’.
When this happens the image/document is replaced OK in my media library, but the links aren’t replaced in the document(even though I tick the correct box). I then have to return to the page and change the links.
    Any thoughts?
I’m using WP 4.0 and Enable media replace 3.0
