Error: Your form is not valid, please fix the errors!

    Hi there.

    When trying to fill in the form, it always shows up with the above error message. We use a lot of hiding to show relevant fields based on user’s previous choices – a great feature from this plugin.

    However we answer the questions, we get this error. After a quick search we saw that email and/or phone fields have had issues during an update, so we made new ones and replaced the old ones, but it hasn’t fixed the issue. We have also temporarily removed the validations (or rather, havent replaced them) for these fields.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated. Please feel free to test and submit, however if you could put “test” in the customer name, that would be great.

    Hope you are doing well today.

    It appears the issue is with your radio-23, I have reviewed the console logs on your site and I can see it says you didn’t fill the radio-23 field.

    I suspect that the visibility conditions are not setup correctly and that causes issues, could you please export the form and share it here using Google drive or OneDrive, making sure the file is publicly accessible?

    Thank you greatly for your help in isolating the error.

    We have re-worked that part of the form, and it is now working correctly. it seems one of the visibility options was not set correctly, still showing “null”.

    We are wondering, are there any plans to improve the conditionality logic, by being able to group up “this and this” or “this and this” options, rather than “all of the below” or “any of the below”?

    Glad that you were able to find and fix the issue.

    We have multiple tasks for improving the visibility conditions, one of them is for something similar to what you mentioned.
