    Hi

After last update I have the following errors:
“Your site does not support the stackable/… block” (… refers to each type of block used)
I have tried to clean cache but the errors remain

From developer console of Chrome I have the following error:

“Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404”
    (Problem with styles-manager-addon.js:1)

    Thanks for support

    Hi @mneroni,

    Thanks for the info!

Could you please check if the plugin is activated? Maybe it got deactivated somehow. If it’s not this, it’s possible that another plugin got an error and prevented Stackable from registering its blocks.

Could you then try deactivating your plugins to check if the problem still occurs with only Stackable activated? It says the root comes from styles-manager-addon.js but we don’t have a file with that name.

Thank you, we look forward to your update!

    Hi,

Error still persist. Seems not depends from “Failed to load resource” error, since other pages that not use Stackable have same error but works well. I don’t know if it depends on the latest wordpress updates, but I must confess that I’m very worried because if I don’t solve it I’ll have to correct at least a hundred pages (including the home page of the site!)

Hey @mneroni, if you have updated WordPress, please make sure that you also have the latest Stackable version installed. Aside from that, it would also help to isolate the issue to see whether the issue is coming from Stackable, try deactivating other plugins one by one to see whether that fixes things – there’s a chance that there might be another plugin causing the issue since we haven’t gotten any similar reports to this recently.

We have some troubleshooting docs that might help out:

We could also help you out if you would be able to send over some login details to our support email [email protected] so our support team can check things.. seeing the error first hand would make troubleshooting easier.

    Hi,

    Found the issue.
As you expected, the issue comes with Gutenify plugin.
I’ll have to wait for an updated version or remove from my project.
    Thank you for your support!

Hey @mneroni, glad you found the issue! I’m resolving this thread now, please reopen or create another one if you need anything 🙂

I am also having the same problem. The problem doesn’t seem to be caused by other plugins, since it persists when I disable everything but Stackable.

I have the latests version of stackable and reinstalled several times. Is this a problem with Gutenify themes only?
