 * I could fix this, and avoid the error, but not having this _file_ in the _metadata_
   means that your media entry is basically broken. Does this happen with every 
   media entry?

 * Some errors happens when accessing the **Media File Renamer | Dashboard**, and
   some happen when click pagenation, and some happens when bulk rename the images,
   for your debug purpose, Here are full debug errors for refereance.
 * Some images are from photo reviews by the plugin at [https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-photo-reviews/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-photo-reviews/),
   but quite sure the images exist:

 * I will release a new version soon, and when there is no metadata, I will use 
   an alternative way to get the data I need.
 * Note: I still don’t know why this would happen, but it’s not an issue on Media
   File Renamer side. Normally, Media entries always have metadata. That said, plugins
   can’t do whatever they like 🙂

 * Any plan to release the new version?
 * By the way, it would be great if there is a status showing up when running:
 * wp media-file-renamer rename_all –allow-root
 * Otherwise, there will be nothing showing up if there are 20g images on server
   to be renamed, and please check the screenshot to understand what I mean:
