    Hi,

We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Would you please go to Facebook Feed > Options and Uninstall the plugin?

Afterwards, please Re-Authenticate the plugin and create a new feed. Let me know whether the issue is fixed or not.

    Thank you!

    Thanks Suzie
It fixed itself. And that was before the plugin update.

It came back and the feed wasn’t updating. I applied your fix and it is still not showing the last few weeks feeds. I have cleared the cache to load new events but it has no effect. Very frustrating! Please help.

    Dear @fanlokbun,

Please, again Uninstall the Feed Plugin in Options, then go to Facebook account > Settings > Apps and delete the Facebook Feed application.

At the end, please log in and get new access data.

    This should work.

    Hi Suzie,

I followed your instructions but It is still not showing posts more recent than 2 weeks ago. The same as before. Please can you help? I can supply you an admin login if you want. Just let me know how to send it privately.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    Hope you are doing well!

We have checked and seen that all of the posts can be displayed besides the Job type posts and Event type posts.

Unfortunately, we cannot do anything in this case.

The rest of the posts are displayed.

    Thanks!
