 * The plugin is trying to create the folder where the MaxMind database will be 
   stored, eventually. But for some reason (permission issue?) the system is not
   allowing it to do so. You may want to create the folder manually via FTP, to 
   solve the issue:
 * /public_html/wp-content/uploads/wp-slimstat/
