 * Thank you for your plugin and work invested.
 * I was wondering if you may have any idea why these errors below may arise after
   updating a page? We disabled Contact Form 7 but still received the errors. Would
   knowing other plugins installed help? We have not upgraded to WordPress 4.2 yet.

 * You need to resave the settings for SBU and it will sort these for you.
