# Errors…???

 * I received a few errors right off the bat. I purchased the plugin and an SSL 
   certificate, but now have NO idea what I should be doing and how to get rid of
   the errors…
 * I would paste a screenshot so you can see the errors – but how?
    1. Error occurred
   while updating firewall. Error: ERROR_OPEN_GZ_FILE 2. PHP setting “allow_url_fopen”
   is disabled. This could effect malware scan quality. 3. Cron: Unknown error. 
   Error: WORNG_VERSION_FILE
 * Please point me in the right direction.

   I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
