 * I’ve been trying to test out Blocksy and have gotten the same error on multiple
   websites! I’m really dissapointed because it seems like a great theme and I would
   love to update all my websites that are not using a block theme.
 * After installing the theme and companion and adjusting the appearance in the
   customizer, this is the series of errors I get when trying to activate and publish
   the theme:
 * “Looks like something’s gone wrong. Wait a couple seconds, and then try again.”
 * When I try again, the error says “The previous set of changes has already been
   published. Please try saving your current set of changes again.”
 * Finally, when I try to save again the error says “Unable to save due to 1 invalid
   setting.”

 * Hello [@sareejoh](https://wordpress.org/support/users/sareejoh/)
 * To me, this sounds like a server configuration issue where something from it
   rejects the JSON payload that gets sent to the server.
 * Unfortunately, without some error logs we cannot pinpoint what exactly is the
   issue. Could you please get in touch with your hosting provider and ask them
   to pull the server (error) logs immediately after a failed save from your end?
 * At this moment I’m suspecting mod_security as being the culprit, which is an
   outdated module that might not be compatible with today’s latest technologies.
   A lot of their tech seems to have reached EOL when they handed over ownership
   of the module: [https://www.f5.com/company/blog/nginx/f5-nginx-modsecurity-waf-transitioning-to-eol](https://www.f5.com/company/blog/nginx/f5-nginx-modsecurity-waf-transitioning-to-eol),
   which might indicate an out-of-date configuration that falsely flags various
   data from the website as being “malicious” or “incorrect”.
 * Let’s get these server logs looked at, and we’ll see from there. They definitely
   hold valuable information about this error.
 * Thanks.
