 * We are using WP Job Manager and WP Job Manager – Applications. All updated.
 * After upgrading WordPress to 4.6.1: When doing a submission the interface throws
   an error to the user that just says “Invalid address: “. This is different than
   the invalid email error, etc. Notice how there is nothing beyond the colon. The
   submission does get stored however. My server has this in the error logs:

 * Are you using a cache plugin? If so, i would recommend clearing the cache on
   that and in the web browser you are using. Also, check MySQL version and PHP
   to make sure you are using versions compatible with your version of WordPress.
 * Also, are you talking about the frontend posting via a page with the Job dashboard
   shortcode? If so, try using the WP Admin area to post a job and see if that has
   the same issue. I am currently using the WP Job Manager plugin on a wordpress
   multisite network running wordpress 4.6.1 and all my plugins are up to date.

 * The only plugins I’m using are ACF, WP Job Manager, and WP Job Manager – Applications.
   Everything is up to date.
 * WPEngine has a drop-in plugin called advanced-cache.php but I’ve tried with that
   plugin removed and have the same result.
 * If you go here (the site is in STAGE) and apply for a job you can see the error.
   You can use fake data:
 * [http://careerscb.staging.wpengine.com/job/mortgage-loan-assistant/](http://careerscb.staging.wpengine.com/job/mortgage-loan-assistant/)
 * “Invalid address: “

 * Thanks for your info. I definitely see the issue you are encountering. However,
   since you are using a paid plugin “WP Job Manager – Applications”, I suggest
   you seek their support staff and/or documentation.

 * Just FYI to anyone. It seems our license had recently expired so we were not
   receiving updates. Once I renewed and downloaded the latest version of WP Job
   Manager – Applications everything cleared up nicely.
 * Thanks for the help [@mathewemoore](https://wordpress.org/support/users/mathewemoore/).
