 * Strange, none of these lines changed between 2.1 and 2.2. Could you try deleting
   the plugin and reinstalling the latest version and see if you get any different
   errors?

 * Download and manuallly updated the plugin and check this again, no errors.
 * Sorry for the delay, until now i had time to fully test it
