 * How can I find out if this is a plugin or something else? Running WordPress v
   6.7.1 and PHP 8.2 The checkout functions correctly.

 * It looks like you’re encountering a PHP warning related to the **Add Fields to
   Checkout Page for WooCommerce** plugin. This usually happens when the code tries
   to access an array index on a variable that is returning `false` instead of an
   array.
 * For testing purposes, could you please deactivate this plugin and check if the
   issue is resolved?
 * If the warning disappears after deactivating the plugin and you still want to
   use it, I suggest contacting the plugin provider for assistance in fixing the
   issue. Since this is related to a third-party plugin, their support team would
   be the best resource for resolving it.
 * If the issue persists even after disabling the plugin, could you please send 
   me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
   Select “Get system report” and then “Download for support” (after you scroll
